    Maybe if he hires the right lawyer and doctors ,this move alone would prove he has suffered mental anguish and have a viable lawsuit moving forward.

    Doesn't look like he made it very far in or tried very hard. The car's bumper isn't even dented.  Should have kept going instead of this half-arsed attempt.

    Yes, if one was suitably suspicious you might even consider the whole thing to be a publicity stunt of some kind.
