    So magic will be like Jedi were in early SWG.  Very rare.  Will be interesting to see how that turns out.  Even LotRO wanted magic to be rare and had to add a magic class because of complaints.  Or is it that the Devs just didn't want to work on magic till much later.  Those Jedi accounts sold for lots of money as will magical characters in COE.

    They might... But the perma-death aspect shoukd keep prices from getting too high

    It depends on those traits being carried forward which they probably will.  

    On another note just read about being able to be a vampire in-game, with DOT penalties for being out in daylight and no, no sparkling.

    No, talents are character bound. They are only available to you for a single lifetime. They are not genetic or soul bound in any way.

    Correct.

    This was a more recent change from the original design, because in the long run it would limit just how many different people will get those talents.  It can now cycle the 5% regularly as players age and die meaning more players get to experience the use of talents.
