    And this, folks, is why you have a different password and login for everything you do.  

    If someone hacked my MMORPG.com login and password, they'd be sorely disappointed to find out that the only thing in the world they could do with it is troll these forums.

    Apparently Minecraft itself wasn't hacked.  It was some Minecraft-related site.  If mmorpg.com got hacked, does that mean all MMORPGs ever just got hacked, since there's some overlap in who uses them?

    It also looks like they hashed the passwords, but didn't salt them.  So someone who had a really, really strong password isn't going to have it exposed by this hack.  Weaker passwords will be, though.
