hate soloing so grouping is very important to me.

I don't recall Lineage 2 being about dungeon finders or instanced dungeons. Unless they really changed things. you can group in this game and healers are wanted for various areas.
But one can also solo in areas. I think soloing as a healer is probably hard and you should probably join a guild.

Outside of CP, I think your best chances of finding groups would be on official god servers. Classic was full of people randomly grouping for the first couple months, but as the game has lost players grouping is almost entirely dependent on a CP. I don't currently play GoD but last time I did you could find groups for the daily quests, If you don't mind running instances.
