Project 1999 (Classic Everquest)

One of the hardest things for folks who want to play this game is acquiring a copy of Everquest Titanium. Hard copy's can run over $100 on ebay. I always though it would be in Daybreaks best interest to offer a Titanium download from their website for like $10.00 or something and then the P99 forums could link to the official (legal) download. I know I would have bought it in a heartbeat instead of searching for a copy that took forever to find.

Just throwing it out there since P99 now has over 1 million characters created. Could be some extra cha ching for Daybreak, and solve a lot of peoples problems searching for a Titainum disk...

I agree. Another server running the Open Source has made a Planes of Power server which is gaining traction

I had never heard of p2002, thank you so much. I was excited for takp (which is an awesome emu project) but at the time I hadn't the patience for such an old client, but with p2002 using titanium client I think that is a huge advantage.
Downloading right now, lets see how it plays out.
Edit. Running fine so far and has a decent population of both single as well as 2 and 3 boxers, and so far friendly.
