Captcha for account creation issues

A friend was trying to create an account. In both Internet Explorer and Firefox it keeps telling him the security text doesnt match the picture. We tried it both in capitals and lowercase.

Thoughts?

    Nah man, I literally tried like a dozen times both caps and lower case.

    make sure that cookies are not being blocked and that no firewall app is blocking cookies.  The captcha system will require that cookies are enabled.   This is a common problem.  If that doesn't help please have friend contact support [ at ] mmorpg.com
