Bandit Carver Mounts, will they return?

Hello everyone! Title says it all. I was informed there were giveaway keys for the Bandit Carver mounts; someone made a thread after he/she missed the initial drop, and someone else commented saying they were restocked. I was, unfortunately, just -barely- less than a day late to the party and ultimately missed it. I was curious if anyone knew if they were going to do another key restock at any point?

Alternatively, does anyone happen to have a spare key...? If so, please PM me!

Thanks in advance for any insight, I'm really hoping I didn't miss such an awesome mount by a hair's length.. >.<
