Looking for a D3 Guild

I am starting to get back into D3, and want to level Season 4 characters.  I'd love to be part of a friendly guild that isn't above helping me level and gear so that I can in turn help all parties in getting better gear.  I know how to play my characters but want to get into the high Torment level runs, and love playing with friends.  I am on the East Coast and would love to play with people in the same time zone if possible, but not a deal breaker.  Anyone recommend a good guild for me?  Thanks.
