I got a warning for a trolling post.
I dont consider it trolling when i express how I feel about the community managers at archeage.
Im not sure why but some games forums tend to be mods fav and talking out will get you in trouble when you can say much worse things and bash EQN openly (A game no one has played) and no action is taken for it. AA seems to be one of the games you just cant talk about. Why? I am not sure.

I went through it with SWTOR. The mods loved SWTOR (they typically like overall bad games). This post will turn into flaming, trolling, harassment, ranting, baiting, spamming etc. Just take the bans and keep going. Honestly, they do not really even know what each one is defined as- they will just throw one out there. Its their way of trolling you in hopes of you responding back.
They typically look for posts that look like negative responses could come out for their boring favorite game that they are in love with. That is the bait. Then as intended any negative comment receives some ridiculous warning. Usually one that does not make sense. They want you to respond in a manner that they can then slap you with another warning maybe even a rest of the day ban. Giving you just enough time to be pissed off that you actually get yourself legitimately banned. Now you are at the 3 day ban. Before you know it you try to behave yourself and and you make a sarcastic remark in your next negative response... "I know I will get a warning for this since the mods love this game... but the graphics of this game are terrible." Now they let you off the hook until you post again. That way you start feeling comfortable. Now you start talking about how terrible the UI is. BAM! The ban hammer strikes. One week banned. Now you are done. You know when you come back you are just going off. The fuse has been lit and there is no going back. Now you just do everything possible to be as negative and rule breaking as possible. And before you know it they baited you into getting banned for 1-12 months.
But no worries I have been banned for a few 3 months, 1 or 2 yearly bans, and even perma-banned- but they eventually let you come back.
i dunno ive made some pretty snarky comments at members here and about games and not gotten a warning. Ive had plenty of them in the past but it was pretty much spot on with me just talking smack to be doing so or trolling some poster here for being a whiny prick. I think all mmorpgs suck nowadays and mostly play co - op and single player survival games so im jaded about all these games anyways.

I'd say this website is way too pro-Trion for the OP to accomplish anything in this case. Speaking out against any of their games can get you in trouble, no matter how careful you word your posts. Mods on this forums have always been known to bend the rules in favor to some games or companies and even if no rule is really broken, "trolling" always applies in some way or another.

As to the OP: I have had warnings for statements made and a simple email to the address BC listed above had them cleared up. All I did was state my case and how it was relevant to the topic and kept things professional and the warning was wiped clean.
