ArcheAge is going to be a game that greatly depends on other people to get through all the content. To build ships, have money for housing, protect yourself on trade routes, etc., you really need a good group of people behind you that you can depend on. If you don't have that group of people, I seriously suggest that you give Grievance a look.
Hello there! I haven't actually purchased the game yet to get my hands on a beta key, or even tried the game, but I am fairly sure I will like it, though the PvP will be rough for me starting out ^_-

I joined Grievance for another game last spring and I will tell you what, it is definetly a home. This is the best guild I have every been in over 20+ years of gaming and guilding. Come check us out in Beta, and see what all the buzz is about!
Which server are you on in the Beta? Hopefully the one I'm on but if not, a friend and I are interested in syncing up with Grievance for launch. I'll have him sign up on your website.

I have been a proud member of grievance for just a bit over 8 years, and I have enjoyed seeing the awesome things that we have been able to do over the past years. We have a strong foundation of family and honor. I don't throw those words around lightly. When you log into TS it's like walking into the bar on Cheers. I look forward to what we can do in archage.
Great community, friendly pressure free environment fit all age group. Lots of member willing to help newcomers in knowledge or in-game quest. Been their member for more than one year, once joined u will never need to look for another guild again unless they dont play the game u are playing.
Joined Grievance a couple weeks ago. So far they have been a very friendly bunch. I was nervous about joining such a large community at first but it has been very refreshing. First day players are treated just like they have been with the crew for years. I have not heard any negative feedback at all. The organization of the multiple games being played by grievance is outstanding. I am lucky to have found such an unselfish guild to join.
I have registered on your website, looked things over, seems like a good guild. The wife and I are going to preorder the $50 package to get the head start and open beta time, since we only played in CB4, and are going on a short vacation the actual release weekend. I will have her register tonight also, then we can post something on the application forum once activated.

Grievance has always traditionally played on the elves / humans / dwarven faction in games for the last decade. Guess it's kinda out of habit with what we've always been comfortable with

I initially joined Grievance back in January while I was playing RIFT, and it has been a great experience. Archeage will be my second game with the guild but my first one starting from Alpha with a guild. So far it has been a great experience and am really looking forward to the game going live next week with the 4 day head start period.
The great thing about this guild is that the friends you make in which ever game you choose to play with the guild will still be there even if you choose to move to another game. Be it a brand new game just getting ready to release or an older game that is just new to you, you can go with old guild friends or make new guild friends along the way which I am finding makes the new game just that more enjoyable. And of course if you join a new game and decide it is not what you like, you can always go back to your old game and your friends will still be there to welcome you back. It's just win all around.
If you really want a place where you can feel like a part of the community and not just a number in a huge machine, a casual friendly helping atmosphere, then this guild might just be the place for you. Check us out
