Any one get your computer is not authorized enter code?

I got this when i just tried to log in, but they dont seem to be sending me the code? Any one else having this issue or am I alone not being able to play.

      They say they are up. God i so do not want to call their customer service, its worse than calling my dentist.

    1. Check the spam folder.
    2. If the address is from a Gmail account, check the Social and Promotion folders.
    3. If using a firewall or antivirus, disable these temporarily before completely logging out of the game client and trying again in 10 minutes to have a new code sent.
    4. If none of the above fixes helps, players should contact Customer Support.

    I checked the spam folder, social and promotion

    I dont have a firewall or antivirus

    god that leave call those 12 year olds, that will tell me i need to talk to another department that they cant get me in touch with.

    You should really get a firewall and antivirus... cos not doing so is a good way to get every single MMO account you have stolen... not to mention any other information you type into your computer.

    Ahhh thats what they tell you, so you spend 100+ on useless software. You should also buy some flood insurance when you live in the desert you never know.

    Well i thankfully never got the a hold of them but i figured out what the problem was, and its another stupid thing they did. I had to click to sign up for their spam, and then it sent it.

    Players on the eu server are experiencing several problems after the patch.

    Lost all friends from list

    Guilds gone

    Disconnect and cannot log in past character screen

    Some getting asked for authorization code - which takes too long to arrive via email and has timed out so cannot be used.
