i think what it means is that EA is firing a lot of people and those people are making their own studio and then EA is hiring them again but this time they are hiring the studio instead of the specific people. Must be the CEO is pissed on shareholders who keep telling him to reduce the workforce, now the CEO can say : "HEY we fired people as you wanted but we just made a deal with a new company to help us out, it will cost less."
