    Does not matter in what format if you can buy something from a cash store that gives you a massive advantage over people that cant buy it then its pay to win. Fact

    That's exactly my view of pay to win. 

     

    Being able to buy superior items for real currency which is only obtainable through a cash shop is the only thing for me that marks a pay to win game. Boosts and whatnot just makes it pay to advance faster which I have nothing against as some people use it to catch up with others that usually put a lot of more time into a game where time might be less for the one buying exp vials or whatnot.
