There are a number of AMD Kabini/Temash laptops for sale now. They make an interesting enough ultraportable at 15 W, though at 25 W, you're probably better off with a higher power architecture such as Haswell or Richland. But that's not really what I'm interested in here.
Rather, if the chips are now available in laptops, then AMD has been selling them for long enough for devices to be available--and in particular, tablets or perhaps detachables could show up soon. In particular, Windows tablets that aren't completely terrible could arrive any day now.
