    Both, somewhere on their facebook page they said what is in your bags can be looted after you die just not what you are wearing.

    These are the questions that they aren't handling right now.

    Will it be run of the mill Asian, FFA Open World and will they try and sanction that with some exploitable meta gamed player justice system.

    Or will it be SWG style sandbox with flagged Open World and well designed decay systems to prevent map pollution.

    Combined as such like in EVE security but with mechanical retribution like Concord or combined like EVE with Open World flagged zones and FFA wilderness zones.

     

    It remains to be seen.

    That's not 100% confirmed. They said that your armor are not bound and you may lose them too on death.
