Seems if you have not played this game and seen this well it is FREE TO PLAY and you should try. This discussion of why certain players are allowed to game the game and ruin the fun of others would be banned in the community forums. So the public who may play this game can now read a in game players real reaction.
There is an aspect called RDP bombing in this game. it is a rudimentary WWII Bombing Campaign. It requires bombers to travel from their AF in France, England or Germany and bomb a set of factories that if you knock them out it reduces the sides ability to resupply lost equipment and spawning rights in units on the front lines. The counter to this is having freindly fighters fly around and search for them.
There is no real radar but a rudimentary area light up that signals enemy air as well as freindly town spotters that indicate that enemy air has been seen or heard near that town. Using this freindly fighters have to search large expanses of air as well as altitudes looking for the enemy bomers. There was a time when these bombers were found in large groups and large formations of fighters. Now there are single bombers travelling to the air
With dwindling population in game there is less and less players willing to spend hours of their game time flying large expanses of open air space lookng for bombers. So single player bombers can now spend the 45 minutes it takes to fly like a single ship across the open ocean to deliver supplies to England but they do it over and over reducing supply to enemy allowing their ground compatriots to more easily attrite front line brigades in battle and capture city after city.
The problem comes in when you do manage to oppose the enemy bombers. The front lines are so close to the factories even in this huge map .. most of the German industrial Area is not modeled. So the few factories are easily found for the Allied side and near to their front line they are not shown early enough to intercept.
However, if you do intercept them the Allied DB-7 Bomber modelled is so fast that the Axis Me109s have to almost burn their engines out to keep up. Modelling failure? I dont know this is not a comment on them. It is a comment on the actions after intercept that these Allied players peform that has been over and over banned or deleted in the community forums of this game because any criticism of other players action or hint of gaming the game is deleted.
It is for the most part a frustrating part on the few players that are left in this game that the Allied bomber can dive into the factories Kamikazi style drop their bombs while the AI flak takes off their wings and still take down the Axis factories. The Axis figher players just give up and dont play interceptor aspect and look for a more action oriented fighter sweep over the attack locations.
The modelling for the Axis is the a heavier slower HE111 that does not have this speed. There is not JU88 or Dornier Modeled and not ever likely to be with current cut backs in staff. The Axis have further to go to Allied Factories and the bombers easier to intercept over the English Channel leave the Allies in a complete advantage.
The issue here is that players that do this Kamikaze style bombing can do this twice as fast if they die then spawn a new bomber and do it again. In just a few of these they can take down the Axis ground players ability to fight by 50 to 80 percent. This gaming the game produces a frustration of the majority of ground players and they quit playing. Time to take this out of the game, put in better radar, better AI flak that would be appropriate and Massive as real in WWII or model a counter force for the Axis side.
Unfortunately the current finacials of the game will probably not allow for the last statement. This game dev group has a history of speding too much income on too many buddies as producers or some other no programming or art effort. Maybe they can rise from their mismanagement and save the game from Allied Game Killers.
