Need Help - Subscription issues

Can someone please help me with getting ahold of customer support for SWTOR. I can't post to the community forums asking for help because it is not recognizing my account as having an active subscription. I resubscribed yesterday to SWTOR but the system still doesn't recognize me as a subscriber, and therefore I have the limited features of the free-to-play system. My account name is Jitzert. I saw on the SWTOR community forums someone posted a thread in regards to their friend having the same problem, if someone could do this for me I would be eternally greatful. Thanks.
