How has this thread not been locked yet?  First off I think the original poster need to finish High School education on what laws are.

    1) Privately owned and operated forums are not regulated by any branch of government.  They are considered "private" in that the owners have all regulatory powers over them.

    2) First Amendment laws pertain to freedom of public speech, even negative talk against empowered government figures (something illegal in other countries that can get you jailed or killed).  Private speech is not blanketed within that law; thus a loudmouth in a coffee shop can be told to "shut up or get out".  That's not an infringement on his/her First Amendment rights, that's the property owner empowering their rights.

What does this mean?  Well, this means that Arena.Net can ban, kick, silence, delete, or edit whoever and whatever they want on their forums.  That is their right at the owner of that privately owned space.   You, as a public person, have every right to complain...elsewhere, possibly on the BBB website (like they'll listen).  But, if you complain in a private space, be aware that those who own the private space can do the same kind of regulation.
