Is there any computer app that allows me to drag and drop photos, messages or info directly to another person from my desktop?  I am not talking about Twittering it or Facebooking it or using e-mail....I'm talking direct coms between two people - computer to computer no matter what computer they are on as long as they have the same app as I do and have a connection to the Internet.  It would be as simple as dragging a doc. from a file and dropping into another file.    Is there anything like this currently available?
