yeah, maybe it's not the "best" time, but it's at least "great" time. the game will become f2p, so for the people like me, who pay sub for freemium games, it's a chance to start earlyer, cus in fact you don't buy client for 75 euros.

that's why i didn't buy it, cus i know what the core of the game is. but, hell, i don't mind to pay 15 euros to play it even for month or two...
