Any details or guesses on their F2P model?

I believe they stated they would have single purchases for convenience items such as inventory and character slots.  I assume they'll also have cosmetic items and possibly vehicles/pets.

 

I don't like the idea of subscribing to a game I only enjoy a small portion of.  Is full access to operations AND warzones limited to subscribers?  I'd prefer to be able to unlock them with single purchases, otherwise what's the point?  I didn't think it was worth a sub before, why would I suddenly think it is this Fall?

 

I don't think you'll find a better leveling experience in a F2P theme park MMO.  People looking for that are getting a great free experience.  But if their plan is simply to get people to subscribe, well consider the reason for so many cancellations missed.

If they go the SOE route and restrict races and classes for free players or the legacy system then they are doomed.
