Can somebody enlighten me about all these member ratings thing?

in Site Suggestions

I mean all the "hard core" or "initiate" rankings that appear next to your avatar when you post. Ive seen people with more posts and more time on their accounts and ratings significantly lower than minet. Been nosing around trying to find wht the evaluation rules are (yes ive used search function too) but cant find them anywhere.Has anybody got a clue?

    There is no doubt that I am ELITE...But how does MMORPG.COM know this? Maybe its common knowledge how elite I am?
