Yup, everytime I hear someone compare D3's RMAH to GW2's AH they always conveniently forget and/or ignore that. From what I've seen so far in the GW2 AH, there's not much that I'm interested in, the little that I would want I'm going to farm the gems and get for free.
I KNOW that I can get Diablo RMAH items for free in game because I have already managed it.
You are ASSUMING that we will be able to get GW2 Cash Items for free in game because the developers have said so, but you do not know yet if it will prove feasible.

I try my best to stay as far away from that real cash AH as I can.
I've re-rolled characters and play exclusively Hardcore now.
The community is smaller, the gold market is better, the game is more about the content than the gold farming.
