GW2 should really have Aion recruit system.

Aion has one of the best group system that Ive come along, imo. All you have to do to apply for a group is to rightclick "Recruit Group" in chat. Or you can left click to see what classes the group allready have. Dont see any reason why this should not be in GW2. But from the post on Gw2.com today I highly doubt that it will be in the game.

Would you like this in GW2=?

I'd be kinda iffy on that situation.  I prefer when people have control over their group.  I know some people hate spamming chat ect, but I enjoyed having to make some kind of personal interaction before the group was formed.  Even that little "hello, wanna join for XXXX?" has made a huge difference for me in games.  That tiny bit of effort people put into joining a group seemed to make them more willing to behave in a civil manner.

Not that it is the only difference, but I just feel that in my time playing, any kind of auto-grouping (like battle grounds, LFD ect) where people just get thrown into groups together, tend to make for people being complete asshats to each other.

Everything creates huge amounts of negativity on the internet, that's what the internet is for: Negativity, porn and lolcats.

Gone are the days I used to look for group or have interaction over the game to random strangers.

Now its all racial slang, and name calling on friends over vent

This is what I'd like to see.  I'd like it to work like more of a choosier Rift.  When you are in a dyanamic event, there's an event, the first time you participate you automatically join that dyanmic event group.  (seems easy to do). It's an automatic thing.

Also, there is a list of all the squads within that group.  Some are public and some are private.  Selecting a public squad automatically puts you in that group with that person. Perhaps even an option to auto select you in any open squads.

I don't think they will do lists of classes, it's anti guild wars 2.  Guilds, squads and groups are for communication periods.
