Archlord EU -web launcher bugged?

Something is definetely wrong with the web based launcher of the game. You press PLAY and its keeps on asking you to install a web plugin for the browser you use EVENTHOUGH YOU'VE DONE IT! .I tried re-starting the browser or the pc, tried 3-4 different browsers and nothing. I noticed at their FB page some people complaining about the same thing. Anyone has any better idea about this?
