About us:

The leadership and founding members of Agony’s End have been playing MMOs together for over ten years in various Guilds. Many of our members have raiding experience ranging from AoC, EQ, EQ2, VG, WAR, and WOW.



We understand that our players have responsibilities outside the game (family, school, work). We play to have fun and we do want to progress through all the content available in the game. In order to progress, we will have scheduled events each week and although participation is encouraged, it is never mandatory.



Agony’s End is not for everyone. We are not looking for people who logon for a raid then logoff, never to be seen until the next scheduled event. We don’t care if you have the Kingslayer title on seven alts or were the first person to walk the Plane of Time. We want people that we all enjoy being around and that don’t mind a few bumps in the road as we progress through new content.



Play Times:

Typically, we have members on from around 6pm EST to about midnight.



Scheduled Events:

Our core group of players are located in the East Coast or Central time zones so events will typically be scheduled to start at 9pm EST and end by 11pm EST.



We have several members who enjoy PvPing so we will be scheduling PvP activities as well PvE.



Voice Chat:

Ventrilo (you are not required to talk or be on vent at all times, but we do ask that everyone have the ability to listen on vent during organized activities).



Recruitment Needs:

All mature players are encouraged to apply regardless of race or class.



What We Need From You:

- A positive attitude. Everyone has bad days, but excessive negativity will not be tolerated.



- We are not a mandatory raiding Guild, but if you sign up for a raid, we expect you to be there.



- The desire to be part of a bigger team/community.



- Willingness to improve your personal abilities and learn fight specific tactics.



- Willingness to contribute to the Guild, when you can.



Where we are now:

We have just recently formed our Rift chapter and are starting to level up our individual characters as well as the guild. Most of us played Rift back in beta and felt it best to give the game a few months to mature so although we are all lower level, we are not exactly new to the game.
