Help getting it to work!!

in APB: Reloaded

I am posting here because the official forums are no help and I have sent in many tickets without an answer.  I have seen many people have the same problem.   I hit start and nothing happens and then 20 seconds later I get a beep.  That is it.  Any clue what might be happening or how to fix it?

     I dont think thats an issue game side, you might have hardware issues.

    If you tried looking though the technical problems section of the forums, and didnt see anyone else with the same issue, chances are its something wrong on your side.
