From the Marvel Super Hero Squad Online Facebook page:
"Come and play Super Hero Squad Online at www.HeroUp.com! Everyone in North America can create accounts now, Beta Codes are not needed! Please invite your friends and family to join us in playing Super Hero Squad Online!"
However, players from the EU cannot seem to play it yet, as I was in the closed beta & after this change can no longer play the game.
