Saw someone mention the title in another thread, after googling it seems like RYL2 for NA is back and running as a F2P with a different title.

Not sure if they've made any changes, but at least we have access to the game again.

RoW has a lower EXP rate and therefore it's just plain retardet.
RYL 2 is one of the best games ever, wish I could live with the grind for level 95.
Please do not hype any gam.. oh wait, nevermind... forgot what forum I was on.
