Issue with the Runes of Magic Bonus items

in Runes of Magic

Had seen on the front page where they are giving away a few items for Runes of Magic (the give-away page can be found here: http://www.mmorpg.com/giveaways.cfm/offer/176/Runes-Of-Magics-Chapter-III-Release-Giveaway-Event.html)

I was wondering if anyone else is getting an error message on the Runes of Magic site saying "key doesn't exist"?

Should I maybe wait about an hour or so before entering the code - to make sure it has had time to be registered with the RoM site?

Thanks for any advice.

    OK; several hours later and key still doesn't work.

    I'm wondering if that banner was supposed to still be there and them still handing out keys or something...

    I got the error a couple of days ago, several times and then gave up.

    I turned in my code yesterday, and it worked.

    OK, the key seems to finally have entered - I just gotta go later and claim the item in-game.

    601 to be exact...sucks the server is on the fritz so it's going to be awhile until I get my items.

    Annoying giveaway, but at least we got our keys :)
