in Perfect World International

everytime I treid to log in to the game  I get an error incorrect username and password? I tried checking my account details still it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong????

    My guess is you are in the US. My wife and I just experienced this. I was able to get right in, we have tried to get her access with 3 different email address's and accounts and no luck. Comes down to verifying her email address. She can't receive the email from PW Entertainment as they are most likely in China and the US is blocking them from sending us anything.
