Downloader Pausing?

Figured I'd check out RoM for some PvE stuff whilst I'm playing Darkfall for my PvP fix. Thing is, everytime I go to download it the downloader Pauses after a few megs downloaded and theres no way to resume it apart from to restart the downloader and let it do another 30 megs or so before pausing.

 

Theres no pause or resume buttons. Can anyone help? Seems pretty stupid that its pausing for no reason and then you cant even resume it...
