Queu time today

SOOO I have been waiting in Queu time since 230 today it is now 630.  Has anyone even gotten in this game.  And what is that red bar above the main Queu screen?

 

UGH shit,  thank god they said they are fixing the queu times.  I hope they just add mroe servers.
