Anybody seen this msg when resubscribing?

I looked it up on the help site and it says simply to contact support.

Which I did.. which I'm waiting to hear back...

    I hear emailing them doesnt work to well sometimes. I have heard they are able to resolve pretty much anything over the phone. Here is the info:
