i cant register this game, pls help

coz im from Viet Nam and when i registered it said  "GamesCampus does not provide the transaction service in your area. Please contact GM at Direct Q&A Board " but i cant cotact them coz i havent got any account yet. and i cant send mail to them, pls tell me how can i register?

    sorry, if it doesnt let you register cause where you live, you cant play.
