A little problem with the download

*looks at game* Wow, I should try to download it.  lalalala *goes to planeshift website*, Oh hey, theres the download button! *find right thing to download*  wooot time to download! OH BABY!  *clicks*  *download screen is pitch white* WHAT!! no, my life sucks!!!!!!! *grabs gun* good bye...cruel, cruel world..

Anyone know what to do when the download progress screen turns white?  Thank you :)

    Save yourself some time and trouble and keep looking. There's no MMO here worth checking out.
