Why no Auto Looter?

I used to play this game sometime back, had a lvl 55 sin rogue (dagger). I love to grind with him but the stopping and looting process I hated! why wasn't a auto looter just built into the game, instead people kosp ect. Wouldn't it just be for the best sake of the game to add some type of auto looter?
